返品・交換について

EverybodyLoves MASAOでは、お客様に安心してお買い物いただけるよう、以下のポリシーを設けております。

■ お客様都合による返品・交換

 

商品がお手元に届いてから7日以内に、必ずご連絡ください。

サイズ違い・イメージと異なる等の理由による返品は、お客様の送料負担にて承ります。

返品前に必ず以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡いただき、返信に記載される返送先住所にお送りください。

無断で返送された商品は受け取り出来ませんのでご注意ください。

■ 商品不良・誤送の場合

万が一、お届けした商品に不良や誤送があった場合は、送料を含め当店負担にて対応させていただきます。商品到着後7日以内に、上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

 

■ 返品をお受けできない場合

 

  • 商品到着から7日以上経過した場合
  • 使用済み、洗濯済み、または破損・汚損が見られる商品
  • タグや付属品が欠損している場合
  • 衛生商品の返品（例：マスク、水着、下着など）
  • セール商品、ギフトカード
  • 商品ページに「返品不可」と明記されている商品

 

■ 返送先住所について

 

返品先住所は、当店が利用するフルフィルメントサービス（Printful）の倉庫となります。返品申請後に正確な住所をご案内いたします。自宅住所等に直接返送することはお控えください。

Returns & Exchanges

At EverybodyLoves MASAO, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return policy carefully.

■ Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons

If you would like to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Do not send the product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

■ Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all related costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

■ Items not eligible for return

 

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g. masks, swimwear, underwear)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

 

For EU customers:

In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and without justification.

 

■ Return address

The return address will be the fulfillment center operated by our partner (Printful).

We will provide the correct return address after receiving your return request.

Please do not send returns to a personal address.
